Brian Reitzell's 'Watch Dogs' Soundtrack Gets Physical Release

BY Josiah HughesPublished May 28, 2014

It's already been a busy year for former Redd Kross and Air performer Brian Reitzell, as he's teamed up with Kevin Shields and Jim James on a new album called Auto Music. That's not all, however, as the artist also soundtracked the recent videogame Watch Dogs.

Developed by Ubisoft Montreal, Watch Dogs was released earlier this week. It's an open world game that follows a hacker seeking revenge in Chicago.

Brian Reitzell is no stranger to soundtracks, having created music for films from Sofia Coppola and and Gus Van Sant along with work on the TV shows Boss and Hannibal.

In addition to its appearance in the game, Reitzell's Watch Dogs soundtrack will receive a physical release from Invada, the record label helmed by Portishead's Geoff Barrow, along with Ubisoft Music.

The album will arrive on July 28, and will be available on both CD and vinyl. Album tracks "Donovan," "Computer Underground" and "Escape From Chicago" can all be streamed below.

Meanwhile, Auto Music is now set to arrive on June 17 via Smalltown Supersound.
