Fresh off last month's release of his latest EP, For Jimmy, Winnipeg's Boy Golden has announced his first-ever headlining tour of North America. He and his band, the Church of Better Daze (featuring the likes of Kris Ulrich and FONTINE), will perform in 13 Canadian cities across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatoon, Quebec, Ontario and Manitoba this fall.
The Out on the Weekend tour kicks off on October 3 in San Diego before reaching its first Canadian date at Vancouver's Hollywood Theatre on November 12. Boy Golden and co. will go on to play Victoria's Wicket Hall (October 13), Kelowna's Red Bird Brewing (October 15), Red Deer's Bo's Bar & Stage (October 16), Edmonton's Starlite Room (October 17), the Northern in Fernie (October 19), Commonwealth Bar & Stage in Calgary (October 20) and Louis' Pub in Saskatoon (October 21).
After dipping back into the US, the tour returns to Canada the following month, starting with Ausgang Plaza at the Salle de Spectacle St-Hubert in Montreal on November 15 — followed by concerts at Ottawa's Rainbow Bistro on November 16, Toronto's Lee's Palace on November 17 and Cambridge's Farm League Brewing on November 18. It wraps up with a hometown show on November 24 at the Burton Cummings Theatre.
