The Black Dahlia Murder Boldly Tour Canada in Winter

BY Josiah HughesPublished Oct 23, 2008

The following things are pretty bad-ass: playing death metal, naming your band after an unsolved murder, tattooing that band’s name across your chest in an act of loyalty (see above) and most notably, touring across Canada in the merciless throes of winter. In other words, Detroit’s Black Dahlia Murder don’t mess around, as they’ve announced they’ll be spending their December trudging across the Great White North.

Joined by Soilent Green and the Misery Index, the band will kick the icy adventure off in Vancouver on December 7 and head east through Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec before winding down in London, ON in time for some last-minute Christmas shopping on the Canadian dollar, provided that the western economy as we know it hasn’t entirely collapsed.
