Like clockwork, Barack Obama has dropped his annual summer playlist — and like previous years, his new list of songs acts as a reminder that former US presidents can have good taste too, apparently.
No matter how you feel about Obama's presidency, it's hard to deny that this year's playlist is filled with absolute bangers. Wet Leg, Kacey Musgraves, Bad Bunny and Rosalía are among some of Obama's more recent faves, while he's apparently been revisiting some classics — including Al Green, Miles Davis and Nina Simone, among others.
While it's kind of funny to think about Obama relating to Wet Leg's "Angelica," there are some other notably shocking additions to this year's list — like "Split/Whole Time" by Lil Yachty, "Persuasive" by Doechii and Maggie Rogers's "That's Where I Am," to name a few.
