Out-there beat-twister Arca's forthcoming Mutant LP is being teased with another video. Following clips for "EN" and "Soichiro," the twitchy soundscapes of album track "Vanity" have been fit with a dark and fluid set of visuals.
Co-directed by Arca and Daniel Sannwald, the video begins as a hand-held chronicling of a midnight stroll through city streets and parks. It gets more intimate in a darkly lit bedroom, while there's also an erotically charged pool scene.
As this all goes on, a blur of mangled melodies, electronic blips and percussive textures flood the speakers. You'll find the video down below.
Mutant, meanwhile, arrives in full November 20 via Mute.
