Following last year's critically acclaimed My Back Was a Bridge for You to Cross, ANOHNI has announced her first North American tour dates in nearly a decade, backed by her band the Johnsons. They'll make Canadian stops in Vancouver and Toronto this fall.
"I am presenting a series of concerts in Mexico, the US, and Canada this fall," ANOHNI said in a statement. "It is my first time touring since 2016, and first time with a band in 14 years. I feel like I want to sing for people, to affirm that these times are unprecedented, and to hold and express a sense of what's really happening."
Kicking off on September 24 in Mexico City, ANOHNI and the Johnsons make their first venture into Canada on October 5 to play Vancouver's Chan Centre for the Performing Arts. They return to Canadian soil after a couple of US dates in Seattle in Chicago for a concert at Toronto's Massey Hall on October 15.
They'll wrap the tour with back-to-back shows in Brooklyn, NY, on October 18 and 19. Tickets go on sale June 14 at 10 a.m. local time. Find the full itinerary below.
