Andy Kim's Christmas show has been an annual event in Toronto for 14 years and in Montreal for five, and he's now adding another city to the list. This year, he'll bring his holiday show to Burlington, ON, for the first time.
The city's inaugural show will take place on December 20 at the Burlington Performing Arts Centre.
The show will be co-hosted by Kim and comedian Sean Cullen, and it will feature musical performances by Ron Sexsmith, Sarah Slean, Kevin Fox and the Trans-Canada Highwaymen (comprising Steven Page of Barenaked Ladies, Chris Murphy of Sloan, Craig Northey of the Odds, and Moe Berg of the Pursuit of Happiness).
Proceeds for the Burlington event will be donated to the Burlington Performing Arts Centre's Golden Ticket program, which grants complimentary access to shows and workshops for underserved schools and students in the Halton region.
Full ticketing information is available here.
As previously reported, Kim's Toronto Christmas show will take place on December 5 at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre, while the Montreal concert will happen on December 15 at the Corona Theatre.
