Between Ryan Gosling's beefy Ken and Simu Liu's giggly audition, the Barbie movie has already made a lot of headlines — and now the film's first teaser trailer is finally here.
The trailer is mostly background about the doll itself, explaining how kids traditionally played with baby dolls before Barbie came along. When said Barbie is introduced, it's Margot Robbie — and we see a very brief clip of the film's pink plastic word, including Gosling and a dancing Liu.
Watch it below. The film was directed by Greta Gerwig, and written by Gerwig and Noah Baumbach. Other stars include Issa Rae, Emma Mackey, America Ferrera, Kate McKinnon, Michael Cera and Will Ferrell. There's no "Barbie Girl," however. It's out next summer through Warner Bros.
