The Schitt's Creek mansion is still on the market — and for anyone looking to add another property to their Schitt's Creek real estate portfolio, the building used for the Rose Apothecary store is also up for sale.

A listing from Royal LePage Supreme Realty values the property at just shy of $2 million, at $1,999,000. That gets you a two-storey brick home in Uxbridge, ON, with an attached storefront with commercial zoning. It's described as a "landmark building full of history, even before being featured on popular Canadian TV series."

It's got three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a one-car detached garage with a loft, and a garden (with shed). Features include vaulted ceilings and stained glass windows — neat!

The Uxbridge property is located at 299 Regional Highway. See the listing, along with photos, at realtor.ca.

Rose Apothecary is the general store run by David Rose (Dan Levy) and husband Patrick Brewer (Noah Reid). It factors prominently in Schitt's Creek's final few seasons, and is notably the site of Reid's breakout moment, when he performed a cover of Tina Turner's "The Best."

Speaking of Reid, read Exclaim!'s recent interview with the actor-musician.
