The mansion from Season 1 of Schitt's Creek is back on the market after going up for sale just back in February. Also known as La Belle Mansion, the North York Toronto property has jumped roughly $7 million dollars since it was listed earlier this year, and is now priced at a modest $21,888,000

The 24,000-square foot house, which was previously listed for $14,980,000, has 16 bathrooms and 14 bedrooms, a banquet hall, home theatre, wine cellar, billiards room, fitness centre, heated driveway, sauna and indoor swimming pool. It was built in 2012.

A listing provides further details on the luxury home, located at 30 Fifeshire Road:

A well-combined blend of European artisanship with 21st-century luxury, the residence includes a Sisteen Chapel-inspired grand formal entry with domed ceiling, frescoes, ceiling motifs and marble staircase. Grand-scale entertaining including a large formal dining room seating 24 guests, Chef's gourmet kitchen opening to a private patio and a Family room with Aquarium and custom carved Marble Fireplace.

The mansion in question is the one the Rose family lived in for the show's pilot episode. As the story goes, the family lost their fortune and were forced out of the home, leading them to relocate to the titular town of Schitt's Creek.
