Oh, the weather outside is frightful, but TV is so delightful! Get ready to cozy up for another holiday season spent on your couch, because Netflix has unveiled its roster of December offerings. How very holly-jolly!
Highlights from this month's releases include an early helping of Benedict Cumberbatch in Jane Campion's The Power of the Dog, which arrives alongside Schindler's List, Queen & Slim, Spider-Man 3, and the equally cinematic Paul Blart: Mall Cop on December 1.
Fresh offerings include the Olivia Colman-starring The Lost Daughter, climate-disaster comedy Don't Look Up — with Jennifer Lawrence, Leonardo DiCaprio, Jonah Hill and Meryl Streep — Nicole Byer's comedy special Big Beautiful Weirdo, and new episodes of Darren Star's Emily in Paris — because we're still doing that, apparently.
Speaking of new episodes, December will also see the return of several Netflix original series, including (nerds rejoice!) The Witcher, which is finally due to return after several COVID-related production delays. We're also getting Season 5 of Workin' Moms, Season 4 of Aggretsuko, another instalment of Cobra Kai, plus — strap in for some feel-good content and get ready to write your new year's resolutions — the Fab Five are returning for Season 6 of Queer Eye.
Naturally, we're due for a ton of new holiday content this month as well, with cheer arriving in the form of Single All the Way, David and the Elves, How To Ruin Christmas: The Funeral and plenty more.
