Comedian and banjo enthusiast Steve Martin is gearing up to release a new album with the Steep Canyon Rangers called The Long-Awaited Album, and he's roped in some familiar faces for the visual accompaniment to album cut "Caroline."
Former Saturday Night Live co-stars Bill Hader and Cecily Strong star in the music video. The tongue-in-cheek bluegrass tune is told from the perspective of a lonely, pining ex-boyfriend, played by Hader, while Strong plays the role of the titular lady.
Of course, Hader recently made a guest appearance on SNL, playing Anthony Scaramucci on last week's inaugural Weekend Update primetime show. Martin, meanwhile, has hosted the popular sketch comedy show 15 times.

The Long-Awaited Album is out September 22 via Rounder.
