If there's one thing that the pandemic has taught us, it's that celebrities absolutely lose their minds if they don't have a well-oiled business of show to keep them occupied. For some, that means covering John Lennon's "Imagine." For others, it means a front-facing camera cringe compilation. And in the case of Arnold Schwarzenegger, it means, uh, doing an absolutely terrible Stewie Griffin impression for some reason.
As The A.V. Club points out, a video entitled "Voicing Stewie from Family Guy" was uploaded to Arnie's official YouTube page this week. Why? Well, you're certainly not going to find the answers by watching the video, which you can do below.
In the clip, Arnie watches snippets of an incredibly annoying, decades-old Family Guy scene where Stewie badgers Louis for his attention. Interspersed with the snippets, Arnie offers his own take on the voice.
The purpose of the video? We'd love to say it materialized from thin air, but it's actually a deleted scene from a recent Jimmy Kimmel Live! appearance. But it's so much better without that context.
Arnie's impression? Terrible. But he's certainly trying to do his best. Isn't that really the most we can ask of our celebs?
