Jenny Slate has had a massive and varied career since her single season on SNL, but it looks like she's ready to return to the variety show format in some way. After all, she's announced plans for a brand new Netflix comedy special.
The show is called Stage Fright and will see Slate offer a mix of content. "It's part stand-up, part documentary about my family, my fears, my heart, and a lot of other things that will make you laugh," she wrote.
Stage Fright was directed by Gillian Robespierre, who previously helmed Slate in Landline and Obvious Child. You can watch a brief announcement video for the project below.
Stage Fright will hit Netflix on October 22.
