Red Hot Chili Peppers shared a bill with Hill in New York

The charitable Global Citizen Festival took place over the weekend in New York's Central Park, and Red Hot Chili Peppers bass wizard Flea pulled double duty. In addition to performing with his main project, he played trumpet in Lauryn Hill's backing band.

On Instagram, Flea posted a video of himself playing Miseducation track "Final Hour" as part of Hill's horn section. He captioned the clip, "your boy grateful to be rocking in the horn section for the transcendent @mslaurynhill last night! thank you to my friend Igmar Thomas for inviting me and to Ms. Hill for having me."
