Rapper Vic Mensa continues to grind out material, most recently with a new single called "Major Payne."
Sadly, there are no samples from Damon Wayans' 1995 comedy. Instead, it's an aggressive blast of synth-heavy pop rap. That said, it'll likely do better as a single than if it had audio of a discharged Marine yelling cuss words at little kids.
