Mayer Hawthorne and Jake One issued their self-titled debut album as Tuxedo back in the spring, but proving that it's never too late to do some post-release promo, they've just issued a claymation-style video supporting the set's "Right Time."
The version they chose for the video is the remix from Kaytranada and BADBADNOTGOOD, and comes filled with thick backbeats, retro synth sounds, and plenty of smooth vocals form Hawthorne.
On the visual front, we're treated to an animated voyage that finds Hawthorne and Jake One piloting a pair of spaceships through the cosmos. In a sense, both jet-powered crafts are "shining like a light in the nighttime" as the pair seek out that perfect vibe.
You'll see where their journey takes them via the Joe Baughman-created clip down below.
