Buzz is already building for South Carolina-bred electro-funk favourite Toro y Moi's upcoming third full-length LP Anything in Return, which drops January 22 via Carpark. If you figured the guy born Chaz Bundick would get on the road right about the time the album hits store shelves early next year, give yourself a gold star, as he'll be doing just that.
A month-long headlining jaunt will start up January 30 in Phoenix and eventually hit up both sides of the U.S./Canada border. Up-north stops are scheduled for Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver. You can catch the details down below.
As previously reported, Anything in Return apparently finds Bundick meshing hip-hop style samples with "4/4 beats and deftly employed effects usually associated with house music," among other styles, and was recorded following a move to Berkley, CA.
