The Tragically Hip continue to treat their catalogue to elaborate reissues, with acclaimed third LP Fully Completely the latest to get an expanded box set edition. Marking the album's 30th anniversary, the new set arrives October 7 via Universal.
Following June's Live at the Roxy concert set, the Fully Completely vinyl box set brings together the original LP on wax with material from the previously released deluxe edition CD package which arrived in 2014.
That means a concert recording from Toronto's legendary Horseshoe Tavern captured in September 1992, and bonus studio session tracks "Radio Show" and "So Hard Done By" now arrive on vinyl. Additionally, 1993 tour documentary Heksenketel — which briefly features the inspiration for "Wheat Kings" — is included on DVD, alongside a 56-page book and five exclusive lithographs by album cover artist Lieve Prins.
An included Blu-ray also features new Dolby Atmos and surround sound mixes of the record, which will also be available digitally via Apple Music and Amazon Music.
Of course, more vinyl from the band is on the way. A press release teases the forthcoming vinyl debut of 2005 hits comp Yer Favourites, and a similar expanded edition treatment for sixth studio LP Phantom Power.
