While Adam Lazzara and the rest of Long Island post-hardcore crew Taking Back Sunday are celebrating the start of a North American tour today (February 18), the vocalist started his week on the wrong foot after getting arrested for "driving while impaired."
The singer was apparently picked up early Sunday morning (February 15) by police in Charlotte, NC, after failing to stop for light and was then charged with a DWI. He was later booked at the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department and released on $2,500 U.S. bond. According to Lambgoat, Lazzara has a court date scheduled for April 15.
For now, the group have a series of tour dates across North America with the Menzingers and letlive. They stop at Toronto's Danforth Music Hall on March 13 and Montreal's Metropolis the next night. You'll find all the date details below.
