While there's still no word on whether Shane Meadows' long in-the-works Stone Roses documentary Made of Stone will be screened in North America, you can at least get a sneak peek of the flick ahead of its May 30 UK premiere via a new trailer.
All to the tune of, what else, "Made of Stone," the trailer threads together concert clips from all eras and footage of Meadows talking about his "all-time favourite band," along with interviews with the Roses and their fans.
"There's a reason why I've still got me hair like this," states a concertgoer of his Ian Brown-styled bangs while waiting in queue to see the act. "There's a reason why I've never worn a tie; there's a reason why I listen to that album [the Roses' 1989 self-titled debut] at least once a day. It still makes me tingle."
Check it out down below and keep your fingers crossed that King Monkey and co. will grace a theatre house screen near your neck of the woods sooner than later.
Following a screening May 30 in Manchester, Made of Stone opens across the UK June 5.
