The Pixies' comeback album Indie Cindy came out in limited form on Record Store Day, but with the wide release following tomorrow (April 29), the veteran alternative heroes have released a video interview discussing each song.
Singer Frank Black does most of the talking, and they go through each song on Indie Cindy. They discuss the "ill-fated rehearsal session," noting departed bassist Kim Deal's influence on the song "Bag Boy." They also mention their drum machine demos, the various incarnations songs went through, and being inspired by painting while writing in cheap motel.
