KISS has once again been impacted by COVID-19, as singer Paul Stanley has contracted it for a second time.

Stanley posted a selfie on Instagram and wrote in the caption that he and much of his family had contracted the Omicron variant. While most of his family members are asymptomatic, he is tired and has a case of the "sniffles." He added, "I'm so glad I'm vaccinated."

The frontman tested positive back in August, at which point he tweeted, "My COVID symptoms were MILD compared to many others and let me tell you... It kicked my ass." Bassist Gene Simmons tested positive soon after, and the band postponed a number of tour dates.

A KISS crew member died this fall, and three workers on the band's tour blamed insufficient COVID-19 safety measures — claims that KISS denied.
