Its been almost 20 years since Michie Mee first emerged on the Toronto hip-hop scene and she was determined to prove her ongoing relevance. While the opening track, the slow-paced single "Slave with Esthero, didnt have the crowds going nuts at first, it was Michie Mees chops as a performer that got the crowd to pay more attention to her as the show progressed. After running through some of her late 80s material she brought things up to date with "Far Away, her recent reggae-fuelled collaboration with Izm, proving that her stage presence and rhyme skills are definitely still intact.
