As evidenced by our 9/10 review score, we at Exclaim! feel very good about Deftones' new album Ohms, and Michael Bublé is the latest Canadian to sing the praises of the Sacramento outfit.
Over the weekend, Bublé shared a shot of himself sporting a Deftones hoodie, rocking out to the album's title track. "Thank you @deftones for the swag!" he wrote to all five band members. "I'm absolutely loving your new record Ohms!"
Make no mistake, Bublé is far from a poseur, having sent his buds in the band words of congratulations upon the 2016 release of Gore, too. Someone should ask him what shape he believes Earth is for good measure.
You can find both his messages below.
Unfortunately, Bublé won't be featured on Deftones' forthcoming Black Stallion remix album, but we really wish he was. That effort, out on December 11, will include reworks by Purity Ring, Linkin Park's Mike Shinoda, the Cure's Robert Smith and more.
