Matt & Kim Get Blink-182's Mark Hoppus and SWMRS for New Song

BY Sarah MurphyPublished Jan 9, 2018

Married indie-electro duo Matt & Kim have announced their return with a brand new track called "Forever," and it features some special guests.

The couple roped in Blink-182's Mark Hoppus and fellow California punks SWMRS on guest vocals for the new cut (as well as Flosstradamus on production), which was previewed during an interview on Zane Lowe's Beats 1 radio show earlier today.

"Forever" marks the band's return after having to cancel shows last year due to drummer Kim Schifino's injured knee. Prior to the injury, the duo released New Glow in 2015, followed by a 2016 EP titled We Were the Weirdos.

Hoppus also joined the pair during the interview on Lowe's show. Listen to the interviews and preview the song below.
