Published Dec 19, 2012We're still absorbing Martha Wainwright's latest album, Come Home to Mama, which dropped back in October, but the Montreal-born songwriter has already announced a new release and a Canadian tour for 2013.
The new collection is called Trauma: Chansons de la Serie Tele #04. It's a soundtrack for the new season of the francophone medical drama Trauma on Radio-Canada.
The songs will be released one at a time after each weekly episode of Trauma. The first track will hit the web on January 10, with the full album following on February 19. A press release describes the record as an "emotional and moving backdrop" for the program.
