Mae Martin has been teasing their debut album of "earnest music," and, sure enough, the comedian has now detailed I'm a TV and shared two songs from the album. I'm a TV will be out February 27 through Universal Music Canada.

The album was written entirely by Martin, and produced by Jason Couse and Wes Marskell of the Darcys. "I've been writing songs since I was a teenager, with no intention of ever sharing them," Martin said in a statement. "But it took moving to L.A. a couple of years ago and really having some time to sit alone in a rented apartment to reconnect with that Toronto teen. I didn't realize how badly I wanted to sit with an acoustic guitar by myself and get to say what I wanted to say without the pressure to find a punchline."

Watch lyric videos for the songs "Good Dream" and "Stowaway" below. The tracklist for I'm a TV is below that. According to a press release, the album is an "indie rock expression of hazy, millennial nostalgia."
