M.I.A. has shared a video for her new song "Popular," the latest taste of her forthcoming album MATA, which she announced back in May.
MATA still doesn't have a release date and there aren't a ton of details available on it, but she dropped "The One" back when she first announced the album. Before that, she also shared another new song titled "Babylon," which coincided with an NFT auction of her 2010 mixtape Vicki Leekx.
"Popular" was co-produced by Diplo and Boaz van de Beats and features M.I.A. throwing boasts over a clattering beat. M.I.A.'s last album was 2016's AIM.
