The Lone Bellow Announce 'Then Came the Morning,' Get the National's Aaron Dessner to Produce

In addition to being a member of the National, Aaron Dessner has been building up his production resume in recent years. His latest gig behind the boards is with fellow Brooklyn residents the Lone Bellow, whose album Then Came the Morning will drop on January 27.

The record was produced by Dessner and mixed by Peter Katis (who is a longtime studio collaborator with the National). Sessions took place at Dessner's own New York facility and at Dreamland Recording Studios just outside of the city.

The Lone Bellow will spend the coming months touring the U.S., but they don't have any Canadian stops. See their tour schedule here.

"Then Came the Morning" will be released as a 7-inch single for Record Store Day's Black Friday event on November 28. This will come backed with an exclusive B-side that won't be on Then Came the Morning.

This upcoming full-length follows the Lone Bellow's self-titled album from 2013.
