Lil Wayne is no stranger to the legal system: there was his high-profile prison stint in 2010, not to mention all those expensive lawsuits. Now, Weezy and his entourage are once again in legal hot water after allegedly attacking a photographer.

TMZ reports that last week Lil Wayne and his crew were skateboarding in Miami near a church with a prominent "no skateboarding" sign. A photographer noticed them and began snapping pictures, and even followed the group to their car where they retreated after it began to rain.

According to the photographer, Lil Wayne told his buddies to take the man's camera, and approximately eight of them surrounded the photog and pushed him to the ground. They allegedly spat on him, beat his bicycle with a skateboard, and forced him to delete some of the photos.

The photographer apparently retreated to the Miami Beach police station to file a report. Weezy hasn't yet responded to the claims, but you can see some footage of the confrontation below, which includes some cursing and yelling but no violence.
