Kid Rock surprised absolutely no one this week when video footage emerged of him casually dropping a homophobic slur. Now he's kicking things up a notch and doubling down.
Over on Kid Rock's Twitter, he's released a statement, and it comes with some serious sass.
He wrote: "If Kid Rock using the word f**got offends you, good chance you are one. Either way, I know he has a lot of love for his gay friends and I will have a talk with him. Have a nice day."
However, he did not use those asterisks, and signed it off under his real name, Bob Ritchie.
So yeah, basically he's now pulled a Sharone Osborne after pulling a Morgan Wallen.
As previously reported, the statement comes in reference to a video that was shot on Saturday (June 5) at FishLipz Bar & Grill in Smithville, TN, where Kid Rock was seen yelling "You f**king f*****s with your iPhones out!!!"
And just to remind you, it is Pride Month — something Kid Rock could obviously care less about.
