Judas Priest have been delivering sneak peeks behind their upcoming Redeemer of Souls of late, with the group's latest preview being the scorching, NWOBHM-styled "Dragonaut."
As you'll see in the player down below [via Blabbermouth], guitarist Richie Faulkner calls this a "rip-roaring" start to the band's new LP, further describing it as "unmistakable Judas Priest." It's hard to argue with that, as the song features tried-and-true chunky riffage, the steady percussive pound of British Steel and vocalist Rob Halford's patented fire-breathing huff-and-puff.
Much like the mighty Dragonaut, the release of Redeemer of Souls is near. The album hits retailers July 8 via Epic Records.
