Jeremy Dutcher is back with his first new material since his Polaris Music Prize-winning album Wolastoqiyik Lintuwakonawa. The single "Skicinuwihkuk" is out now, and Dutcher has announced a fall tour of Canada.
"Skicinuwihkuk" finds the opera-trained Dutcher performing on piano, with orchestral strings arranged by Owen Pallett. It also features a 1963 recording of Solomon Polchies from the Sitansisk First Nation, which comes from the Wolastoq Archive at the Canadian Museum of History.

As for the tour, there are 22 dates in all, running from late October through early December, taking Dutcher from coast to coast. See the schedule below.
