James Ferraro

"Domestic Violence"

BY Josiah HughesPublished Dec 9, 2013

Prolific electronic provocateur James Ferraro has had a big year, releasing the excellent (and terrifying) NYC, HELL 3:00 AM album alongside a handful of EPs. Now, he's shared a new song called "Domestic Violence."

The bleak R&B song is mostly a cappella, with soulful vocals atop some finger snapping and eerie oohs. As it continues, a handful of plinky synths come in. Then there's a robotic voice, and the song transforms into a terrifying synth sex jam.

If you're up for it, you can stream the very weird "Domestic Violence" below.
