Helix

A cool idea, having Canuck rock legends (work with me here) Helix reuniting damn near everyone ever involved with the band for this 30th anniversary show, bringing out past members for various songs, with each guy also getting some interview time in the various behind the scenes clips. And that's the fun part: finding out what the guys who played on the old Helix albums are up to now. Watching them get back on stage is equal parts inspiring and depressing, as it's great to see the guys beat the age barrier and rock out, but it's also a reminder that youth fades fast. Still, a quality DVD for the Helix nuts. (EMI/Capitol)
