Hayden's sixth annual Dream Serenade will take place at Toronto's Roy Thomson Hall on November 2.
Confirmed performers for this year's event include Matt Berninger of the National, July Talk, Barenaked Ladies, Shad, U.S. Girls, Donovan Woods and, of course, Hayden. There will also be additional special guests.
Tickets for the event are now on sale. Prices range from $34.50 to $199.50 and are available for purchase here.
The yearly event was first organized by Hayden and his wife Christie Greyerbiehl as a fundraiser for the Beverley Street School, which provides support for children with developmental and or physical disabilities and their families.
It now also assists other schools and care centres in the city, as well as contributing to a summer camp bursary fund.
