There was nowhere to hide from the many fluids that were launched from the stage at the relatively small Palace Nightclub. In typical Gwar fashion, the floor was left soaked in fake blood and urine, and the crowd, even more so. The majority of the audience was in it for the full show, and while they surged forward, fists in air (faces too), even the edges of the room were lined with ecstatic bystanders. When the bands version of Lady Gaga was introduced, and then had her breasts cut off, it was as though the room witnessed the most satisfying scene of their lives, and the lovable Gwar ate it up.
