Gorillaz are getting into the cinematic industry with a new documentary film called Reject False Icons.
The Denholm Hewlett-directed cinematic experience will hit theatres worldwide via Trafalgar Releasing for one night only on December 16. The film will document the making of 2017's Humanz and 2018's The Now Now, as well as the tours surrounding them.
The movie is being positioned as "the first ever all-access immersive journey into the world of Gorillaz and its extended family."
What's more, Vince Staples, Pusha-T, Jehnny Beth, Danny Brown, Kelela, Mavis Staples, Noel Gallagher and others are said to make appearances in the film. It's also likely safe to say that Gorillaz mastermind Damon Albarn will also be in there.
Tickets for the screenings go on sale November 27. Go to the film's official website for more details, and see the band's Instagram announcement below.
