Ghostface Killah Says Collaborative Album with MF DOOM Coming in 2015

Rap music is full of highly anticipated, long-promised albums that may never see the light of day. MF DOOM is attached to two enormous collaborations that are continually delayed. The rap mysterio has yet to deliver a second Madvillain album alongside Madlib, and he's also attached to a long-promised album as DOOMStarks alongside Wu-Tang great Ghostface Killah. Fortunately, there's still some hope for the latter.

While you should certainly file this news under "we've heard that one before," Ghostface recently said that the pair's DOOMStarks LP is still on its way.

While completing a Reddit AMA session to promote his new 36 Seasons LP, he was asked if the DOOMStarks album was still in the works. "Yes its coming in 2015," he wrote.

Considering the fact that the album, originally called Swift & Changeable, has reportedly been just about to drop since 2006, we won't hold our breath. Still, it'd be a pleasant surprise if the LP actually did arrive in the new year.
