Despite releasing Underdressed at the Symphony earlier this year, Faye Webster is already back with a new single. "After the First Kiss" is a classic Webster track, with repeating, soft motifs and storytelling through a concrete moment.
The music video for the song was directed by Kyle Ng, and shows the musician playing guitar in the middle of a LARP battle. The delicate soundtrack and slight slowing of the footage make the killing cosplay look serene. Watch it below.
Webster recently wrapped up her North American tour. She also hosted a yo-yo invitational in Berkley, CA, last week.
