Sarnia's Empty Fest Returns with Gloin, Zoo Owl, Burner, Psychic Void

The long-running Ontario event returns for the first time since 2018

Back in 2018, Empty Fest celebrated 10 years of keeping Sarnia, ON, weird with their annual event, but have kept quiet since. Now, after a four-year hiatus, the long-running event is set to return on April 29 and 30 for Empty Fest 11.

The two-night spectacle will take over a pair of Sarnia venues, and is set to feature 13 heady, experimental performances by rising Ontario artists including noise rockers Gloin, dance maestro Zoo Owl, punk rockers Burner, post-hardcore outfit Psychic Void, surf rockers Horseless Headmen and psych rockers Pretty.

The fest begins on April 29 at Refined Fool and concludes the following night, April 30, at Maud's Variety.
