Fallen R&B star R. Kelly was recently charged with 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse after decades of depraved allegations. While most music industry folks know better than to defend him at this point, Drake's dad Dennis Graham is still standing with Kelly.
In a new interview with Variety, Graham said that he's got nothing but love for Kelly, whose decades of allegations have suggested a proclivity for minors.
"He's a good friend of mine," Graham said of Kelly. "I wish him the best. I hate that it's happening to him. There's a reason why women come out after the fact. He has my support 100 percent."
Graham went on to say that he stands by Jussie Smollett, who has been accused of faking a hate crime against himself.
"Jussie has been misunderstood," he said. "As a matter of fact, they know that. That story that came out about Jussie in Chicago is not true about Jussie. Jussie is a friend of mine, also. They have totally reconstructed his story."
