Eclectic piano composer and rapper Chilly Gonzales has announced a 2024 album and a 2025 tour. Gonzo is out September 13 through Gentle Threat.
According to a product description, "Gonzales has a lot to get off his chest," as Gonzo "sees the writer and rapper take a more serious tone." It's available to pre-order on CD or vinyl here.
As a preview of the album, Gonzales has shared "F*CK WAGNER," a self-described "diss song" about composer Richard Wagner's antisemitism. The rap track also calls Kanye West "the brand new Wagner," and celebrates Drake's "Hotline Bling" for being written by a Jewish rapper.
