We're still a few days away from the official start of summer, but the annual Adult Swim Singles Series is already well underway. Following last week's debut entry from D∆WN, the label-cum-animation block has unveiled its second freebie single of the season, which comes via Los Angeles trio Cherry Glazerr.
Down below, you'll find the band's surprisingly sweet "Sip 'O Poison." Surprising because it starts off with a screech of guitar feedback and an unsettling spoken word preamble about the death of a kid. The song is still plenty fuzzed up once it kicks in, though the glam-rock stomp is filled with enough ooey-gooey garage pop melodies to keep us buzzin' for days. At the very least, until the next Adult Swim Singles Series number arrives.
