Matt Champion has announced that he'll share his debut solo album Mika's Laundry on March 22 via RCA Records.
The project's arrival later this month officially marks Champion's departure from BROCKHAMPTON, with whom he made nine LPs from 2016 to 2022.
Champion co-produced Mika's Laundry with Dijon, who also features on the album's first single "Aphid."
To punctuate the announcement today, he's joined forces with BLACKPINK vocalist JENNIE for lead single "Slow Motion" along with an accompanying visualizer. The track features stripped production a far cry from the K-Pop singer's typically upbeat instrumentals.
JENNIE most recently broke off from the mega group with the Weeknd for his show The Idol's song "One of the Girls."
