Not long after sharing new 62-minute single "@@@@@," Arca has shared further details behind her fourth studio album.
A new profile in Garage Magazine reveals the title of the forthcoming effort to be KiCk i. While a tracklisting and release date have yet to be revealed, the piece claims the record "runs the gamut, from sweet pop to clanging drum and bass."
The profile also mentions the involvement of urbano upstart Rosalía and recurring collaborator Björk, who had enlisted Arca to work on 2015's Vulnicura and 2017's Utopia.
"There was a clear intention [on the album] to allow every self to express itself," Arca said of KiCk i. "Not to decide how much air time each self would get, but to allow for modulation between them in a spontaneous way. There is no such thing as normal."
This May, Arca will play a pair of shows in Canada as part of a North American tour.
