Late last year, early 2000s hardcore trailblazers American Nightmare (aka Give Up the Ghost) got back together for a couple of reunion gigs in Boston and L.A. If you managed to miss out on those gigs, their first in eight years, you can get a sample of what went down in a lengthy trailer for an impending, as-yet-unnamed documentary about the band.
The trailer collects interview footage with Bridge 9 Records owner Chris Wrenn and Converge vocalist Jacob Bannon about how much of an impact American Nightmare made on the hardcore scene, and also features a raging performance of "Love American."
The film has yet to get a release date, but apparently will be put out in some capacity by Bannon's Deathwish Inc. imprint.
