The limited series is being produced through the Coens' own Mike Zoss Productions, and according to Variety, they've partnered with Annapurna Pictures' television unit to take "an innovative approach" that could see both television and theatrical release. The Coens wrote the script from an original idea and are also on board to direct the project. Channelling past work like True Grit and No Country for Old Men, the miniseries is a Western that intertwines six different storylines.
