Nearly a year on from Adult Swim announcing a selection of animated series spinoffs, the first featuring characters from Aqua Teen Hunger Force has arrived.
The new series of digital shorts, dubbed Aquadonk Side Pieces, revolves around the side characters and villains of the original show, which had its later seasons similarly rebadged with alternative titles.
The first episode, which you can view below, finds Carl begging Frylock for help after having a tracking chip implanted in his neck by the uncomfortably horny Handbanana. Master Shake, Meatwad, and the "Horchata Horn" also make appearances.
All 10 episodes of Aquadonk Side Pieces will arrive via Adult Swim's YouTube channel, uploaded daily at 12 p.m. ET. Like the original series, the shorts come from creators Matt Maiellaro and Dave Willis.
Adult Swim's 2021 announcement also revealed spinoffs for characters from from Rick and Morty, Robot Chicken and Your Pretty Face Is Going to Hell. Last year also saw the network announce that ATHF, Metalocalypse and The Venture Bros. would be given new movie adaptations.
